Every Piece Is Created Just for You
Each TLK Design Co commission is custom designed using your photographs, memories, and personal story. Because every piece is created specifically for one client, custom artwork cannot be returned or resold.
Before Design Begins
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided design work has not yet begun.
During the Design Process
Once your customization questionnaire has been submitted and design work has started, refunds are no longer available.
Your commission includes:
- One personalized design
- One digital proof before printing
- One round of revisions to ensure your artwork reflects your vision
Before Printing
Your artwork will never be printed until you approve the final proof.
If revisions are requested, I will work with you to make reasonable adjustments before production.
After Approval
Once you approve your artwork for printing, your order becomes final. Because the piece is custom-made, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be accepted after approval.
Damaged Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and damaged artwork. A replacement will be arranged as quickly as possible.
